Deed of Sale from Samuel Wilson to Frederick Cameron - 1853 (part 2)

Whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim any right title or interest in and to the same or any part thereof Shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents In Witness whereof the said parties have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and Seals the day and year above written.

James Mardis Sarah Wilson {seal}

On the day of the date of the foregoing Indenture received of the therein named Frederick Cameron the sum of Three hundred dollars in full of the consideration therein mentioned

Before me the Subscriber One of the Justices of the Peace in and for Indiana County aforesaid Personally came the above named Samuel Wilson and Sarah his wife and acknowledged the above Indenture to be their Act and Deed and desired that the same might be recorded as such according to law. She the said Sarah being of full age and by me Examined separate and apart from her said husband and the full contents of said Indenture being first made known to her by me on such Separate Examination declared that she voluntarily and of her own free will and accord Signed Sealed Executed and delivered the same without any Coercion or compulsion on the part of her said husband - In Witness Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this 26th day of May A.D. 1832 [has to be 1852 - See first paragraph].
