      5 March 1809 is the date of Isaac DePoy's will. 18 Oct 1819 is the date of the deed whereby his son, John DePoy bought out the other heirs.

      Source of 1780 deed. Christoph Hauer died, and his (apparently) only surviving children, Christoph, Anna Maria (and her husband, Isaac De Poy), Anthoni, Sebastian, and Bernhard conveyed their shares of the estate to their brother, Jacob.
