    • ORIGIN: The birthplace for Maria Magdelena comes from family tradition, but there is no direct evidence that this is so. The Stadecken Church Records begin in 1728 and there are no entries for this surname or any of its variants. Of course, there is the possibility the family was not connected with any church. See notes for Adam Imenhauser, Maria Magdalena's father.
