      Year 1952
      Green, Mrs. Veda E., 30, of 712 1/2 South 3rd, Kelso died in a Milwaukee, Oregon hospital, Feb 19. Born in Ucon, Idaho, Sept 30, 1921. Survived by widower, Joseph A. of Kelso, Parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Messervey of Kelso; four brothers, Ennis, Orsen and Ruben all of Kelso and Lorum of Kennewick; one sister, Mrs. John Burke of Longview. Funeral services will be held at the Kelso Methodist Church at 2 P.M. Saturday with the Rev. A. T. Lyman officiating. Interment will be in the Kelso IOOF cemetery (now Cowlitz View Memorial Gardens)). The Reardon Funeral home is in charge.
