      Ronald R. Coulombe, 79, of Longview died March 14, 2004.
      He was born July 1, 1924 in Longview and was a lifelong resident.
      Mr. Coulombe attended R A. Long High School. He served in the Army during World War 11, stationed in Northern Canada and Alaska. He was a longshoreman with Local 21 for 39 years, retiring in 1986.
      On Sept 28, 1947, he married Betty F. Fisher. she survives him. Also surviving are two sons, Travis Coulombe and Neil Coulombe; a daughter, Ronda Gregory; two sisters, Estelle Johnson and Linine Randolph and six grandchildren.
      A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the First United Methodist Church in Kelso. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 206 Cowlitz Way, Kelso,98626, the Community Home Health and Hospice, P.O. Box 2067, Longview, WA 98632 or a charity of choice.
