      OBITUARY FOR FOREST HERBERT HOOVER
      Longview Daily News, December 1, 1951
      HOOVER, Forest Herbert 40, of 40th Avenue, Longview, died in a woods accident Friday near Pigeon Springs road. Born in Barlow, Oregon on Jan 30, 1912, he was employed by Sowders Logging Co. Survivors include the widow Adeline, parents Mr and Mrs. George Hoover of Kelso, two sons, Charles of Longview, and Leroy; a daughter, Mrs. SaLeal Thomas of Tacoma; two sisters, Mrs. Bonnie Knudtson of Junction City, Oregon and Mrs. Betty Krenz of Longview and four grandchildren. Services are pending. Burial will be at Longview Memorial Park. Steele Funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
