- [S297] Personal Records of E. June Carroll Mackay and Verlie Johnston, Letter from June to Florie Fullmer.
A little tidbit of "things I remember" my grandmother, Edna Hoover Carroll that raised me from the time I was three often talked about her people and of course Sarah, being her grandmother, and having lived with them most of the time after the death of Samuel Wilson till she married J. Franklin was someone I heard a great deal about. She told about the birth of her mother, Utah which was in 1859 and about her being named by her grandmother after the new place they had traveled to make a new home.
