      A birthdate of 10 Oct 1674 is attributed to Christoph Hauer by Albert H. Herrell, the pastor at Blankenloch, Baden, Germany sometime between 1954 (when initial research was done by Professor Kraemer of Rastatt, Germany) and 1979 (when this book was published. Pastor Herrell was hired by Mark K. Timothy of Kaysville, Utah. I have chosen not to use his date, as some of his other research has been noticed to be a little shaky.
