I William Wilson of Jackson Township, Cambria County and state of Pennsylvania do make this my last Will and Testimony in forms as follow, being weak in body but of sound mind and memory, thanks be to God for the same and after my just debt and funeral expenses are paid. I first give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary the one third of all my personal property and household property at the appraisement and also her living on the place and farm and also the [lon or lom - could be loan or lawn] end of the house next Duncan Mill as long as she remains my widow and the rest of my personal property and household I give unto my son John by him paying the debts and I also give unto my son John one hundred and thirty acres of the land with house and barn that - live in and on And I give unto my son Samuel seventy acres the part where he now lives. And I give unto John Cameron my son-in-law the saw mill and sawmill place. And I appoint my son John Wilson my lawful executor this my last will revoking all other wills made by me.

Before me William Keittal Register for the Pro-County off Cambria personally cause the within names James Stewart and Jacob Mardis two of the subscribing witnesses to the within Will who being duly sworn according to law did depose and say that they were present and saw and heard William Wilson the testator agree seal publish pronounce and declare the within instrument of writing as and for his Last Will & Testament and that at the time of so doing he was of perfect and sound mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge observations and belief.
